Easy Start
Barbecook Arthur is powered by food-safe wood pellets. To use the grill, simply fill the hopper, a storage container for pellets, with a capacity of 9kg. Depending on the temperature setting, this provides up to 20 hours of smoking or 10 hours of grilling.
Arthur features a color digital control panel for effortless temperature adjustment. The device automatically regulates pellet delivery from the hopper to the combustion pot to maintain the desired temperature. It can also be fully operated via WiFi using a digital smartphone app.
The grill is easy to move with sturdy wheels and includes automatic electric ignition for effortless usability.
Easy Cook
Arthur boasts a double-walled tub for excellent insulation, ensuring precise heat control. The grill includes a cast iron grate divided into three sections, supplemented by two additional enameled steel grates, offering five adjustable levels. This versatility allows you to place the grates at different heights depending on what you're cooking. Enjoy even indirect heat distribution across the entire grilling surface. The thermostat provides accurate temperature control from 75°C to 260°C, adjustable in 5°C increments, via WiFi-enabled digital app control.
For perfect cooking results, Arthur features two built-in core thermometers to monitor the internal temperature of dishes closely. Its 'sear zone' enables rapid and efficient searing for a deliciously crispy crust while keeping the inside juicy and flavorful. Arthur also offers a 'Super Smoke' function for enhanced flavor. Additionally, collapsible front and side tables with hooks and a towel holder make Arthur both functional and practical.
Easy Clean
Arthur simplifies cleanup with easy access to the combustion pot for quick removal and cleaning. The lid features a drip prevention function to prevent grease from dripping outside. The lower plate directs excess fat to the grease collection pot. After use, Arthur automatically switches to a cool-down mode, allowing safe storage after just 15 minutes. The fan continues running for an additional 10 minutes to burn off remaining pellets in the fire pot.
